– និស្សិតមហាវិទ្យាល័យ ទាំងថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រ និងថ្នាក់ឧត្តម
– អ្នកជំនាញអាជីព (mid-career professional) ដែលចង់បន្តការសិក្សាវគ្គខ្លី នឹងធ្វើការអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញតាមរយៈវគ្គសិក្សាខ្លីៗ ឬផ្លាស់ប្តូរការអប់រំនៅប្រទេសកាណាដា។ កម្មវិធីនេះទំនងជានឹងមាននៅឆ្នាំ 2019

រដ្ឋាភិបាលកាណាដាបានផ្តល់ថវិកាដល់កម្មវិធីអាហារូបករណ៍ដូចខាងក្រោម:
– ថ្លៃសុំទិដ្ឋាការ និង/ ឬ ការសិក្សា/ ច្បាប់អនុញ្ញាតការងារ
-ថ្លៃសំបុត្រយន្តហោះទៅកាន់ប្រទេសកាណាដា (សម្រាប់អ្នកទទួលបានអាហារូបករណ៍តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ) និងថ្លៃសំបុត្រយន្តហោះត្រឡប់មកវិញនៅពេលបញ្ចប់អាហារូបករណ៍។
– ធានារ៉ាប់រងសុខភាព
– ការចំណាយរស់នៅ (មួយចំនួន)
– ការចំណាយលើការធ្វើដំណើរផ្លូវគោកមួយចំនួន ដូចជា រថយន្ដក្រុងជាងដើម និង
-សៀវភៅ សម្ភារសិក្សា លើកលែងកុំព្យូរទ័រ និងសម្ភារមួយចំនួនដែលត្រូវការសម្រាប់ការសិក្សា ឬការស្រាវជ្រាវ។

The Government of Canada is funding CAD $10 million scholarship program over five years for post-secondary students and mid-career professionals from Southeast Asia to access world-class education in Canada.

The Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development (SEED) initiative will provide individuals from ASEAN member states, especially women, the opportunity to apply for short-term studies or research in Canada. Scholarships will be awarded in fields that contribute to ASEAN?s efforts to narrow the development gap and reduce poverty in Southeast Asia, such as climate-smart agriculture, renewable energy, public financial management, and sexual and reproductive health and rights of women and girls.

Candidates from all 10 ASEAN member states (Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam) can apply to SEED. The SEED project will provide scholarships for two types of candidates:

– College, undergraduate and graduate students already registered with post-secondary academic institutions in ASEAN member states who will enrich their on-going studies with courses and/or research in Canada; and
– mid-career professionals from ASEAN member countries who will undertake professional development through short-term courses or educational exchanges in Canada. This aspect of the program will likely become available in 2019.

Canadian host institutions will disburse scholarship funds to the scholarship recipient to contribute to the following costs:
– visa and/or study/work permit fees;
– airfare, for the scholarship recipient only, to Canada by the most direct and economical route and return airfare upon completion of the scholarship;
– health insurance;
– living expenses (modest);
– ground transportation expenses in Canada, including a bus pass; and
– books, supplies, and equipment, excluding computers, required for the recipient?s study or research.

Canadian institutions will be expected to contribute to the project by waiving the tuition and/or academic fees at their institutions. In addition to the funds allocated to the recipients by Canada, the Canadian host institution may also claim CAD $300 per scholarship recipient to assist with administrative costs once the scholarship recipient arrives in Canada.
