*ជំងឺ/ILLNESS: កម្ចាត់មុនក្បាលខ្មៅ / Blackheads

*រុក្ខជាតិ/PLANT: ក្រូចឆ្មារ និងអំបិល / Lemon​ or lime and sea salt

*វិធីធ្វើ/INSTRUCTION:

– អំបិល 1 ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ/ 1 teaspoon of sea salt

– ទឹកក្រូចឆ្មារកន្លះស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ/ ½ teaspoon lemon juice

– ទឹកមួយស្លាបព្រាបាយ / 1 tablespoon water

– លាយគ្រឿងផ្សំទាំងអស់នៅក្នុងចានមួយ/ Mix all ingredients in a bowl

*វិធីប្រើប្រាស់់៖

– លាបវាទៅលើចំណុចមុនក្បាលខ្មៅទាំងនោះ នៅក្នុងចលនារាងជារង្វង់ 2-3 នាទី/ Apply this mixture on the blackheads in circular motion for 2-3 minutes.

– ទុកវារយ:ពេលពី 10-15 នាទី/ Leave the mixture on for 10-15 minutes

– លាងជម្រះមុខរបស់អ្នកចេញជាមួយទឹកក្ដៅអ៊ុនៗ/ Rinse your face with warm water.

– ជាចុងក្រោយលាងជាមួយទឹកត្រជាក់ ដើម្បីបិទរន្ធរោមវិញ /  Finish off by washing with cold water to close up the pores.
