វិធីព្យាបាលដុំគីស (មានទឹកខាងក្នុង) ឬដុំសាច់ពក ! Natural Remedy For Ganglion Cyst

ជំងឺ/ Illness: ដុំគីស (មានទឹកខាងក្នុង) ឬដុំសាច់ពក  / Ganglion Cyst

ឱសថធម្មជាតិ/ Remedy: កញ្ចប់តែ / black tea bag

វិធីធ្វើ / Instruction:

– ដាក់ថង់តែខ្មៅក្នុងទឹកក្តៅរយៈពេល ៥ ទៅ ៨នាទី

– Put one black tea bag in hot water for 5-8 minutes

– យកចេញ ហើយច្របាច់ទឹកចេញ

– After remove from hot water and squeeze out the excess water

–  ដាក់លើដុំគីស ឬកន្លែងសាច់ពក

– Put the warm wet tea bag over the cyst until it is warm

–  ជ្រលក់ក្នុងទឹកក្តៅឧណ្ឌៗម្ដងទៀត ហើយដាក់ស្អំលើដុំគីស ឬដុំសាច់ពក

– Soak it again into the warm water and put on the cyst

–  ធ្វើរបៀបនេះ ២ ទៅ ៣ ដង រាល់ថ្ងៃ

– Repeat this process for 2-3 minutes every day.
